Is that the one with a weird form factor - a narrow box about 3 inches wide and 5 inches high? If it is, then a friend of mine had one of those ages ago - the design must be at least 10 years old, and it wasn't particularly high end at the time. So my guess would be that it'll be no better than the SB3's DAC.
