My experience on tweaks - If it isnt broken (or cant identify what is broken) dont fix it! - If you are unhappy with say "harshness and lack of depth" - look to replace crap wires with pure silver. If you are haveing trouble with "thinness and lack of timber" - look at your caps - both amp and speaker. It the bass sucks - again look at the quality of caps and mostly the speaker inductors (most speakers have crap for crossovers as a general rule). Hack the analog first - then the digital (if you still want something to hack). The biggest "bang for the buck" is in your analog mods!
