Nothing wrong with that. But if the DAC you use imparts its own characteristic sound, my guess would be that the (debatable) effect that differing amounts of source jitter might have would most likely be swamped by the deliberate voicing in the DAC. In other words, it still doesn't make any sense to use a TP instead of a regular SB purely as a digital transport.
