Funny, I was just reading their website and realizing that [like everything else] each manufacturer claims their way is best. i.e.: Blue Jeans claim that a single synthetic fiber is better than bundled glass. Impact Acoustics says it's the other way around and that synthetic will degrade with time, yet, Kimber Kable's prefer synthetic over glass because it doesn't produce micro-fractures from slight bending over time. Yet again, Audioholics (http://www.audioholics.com/education/cables/toslink-interconnect-history-basics) claim > Quality TOSLINK assemblies should be made from multiple fibers of a very > small diameter.
