Hello to you the Audiophiles. Did you try SqueezeSlave Asio ? Did you try Andy's Minimalist Audio Player (wasapi or ASIO) ? (http://andy-audioplayer.blogspot.com/2008/12/minimalist-wasapi-memory-player_23.html)
I tried both and a lot of others like cPlay/cMP, Foobar, Winamp, ... The best in a fully optimised Audio computer is Andy's Player sound wise, the best in terms of UI and fonctionality is Squeezeslave Asio thanks to another computer hosting the UI and squeeze controller. It would be interresting that you try if like me you are currious about improving your SQ try Andy's Player. Than if like me you think it is the best player, it would be nice to try to motivate both Andy and Ralphy (from this forum) to cooperate on a player that would bring the file in memory, lock it there and play it.
