Hi everyone, A couple of weeks ago I got a Transporter. In the manual it said it could be used as a standalone dac, when not connected to slimserver. So far I have not been able to get this to work. As soon as I turn off my laptop, where squeezebox server is located, the transporter shuts down. So is it even possible to get the transporter playing, when its not connected to a network? Or is there something at fault with my transporter? Apart from this Im very impressed with this device. I have it hooked up directly through the balanced outputs to a ML336 driving B&Ws N802. In this setup it absolutely trounces a 10- year old Wadia 850. Thanks for any advice.
