The (TCP/IP) protocol used between the Squeezebox server and the
Receiver already has all the error detection and recovery mechanisms
necessary for error-free transmission.

You don't have to worry about it at all. If you have a problem, you
have no connection. If you have a connection, you have all the music, no
more, no less. ;)
