If you actually read the measurement sidebar, I do and agree with konut
;)

"Channel separation (not shown) was somewhat disappointing but still
adequate, at 66dB at 1kHz, decreasing, due to the usual capacitive
coupling, to less than 50dB at 20kHz. The amplifier's signal/noise ratio
was also a little disappointing, at 74.3dB, wideband, unweighted, ref.
2.83V with the volume control at its maximum. This is very much the
worst-case situation; A-weighting improved the ratio to 78dB."

and so on....

Mr Atkinson is very diplomatic, there must be something wrong with this
? a faulty test object hopefully ? measurements data of this kind
belongs to the late sixties transistor amps (except for power), even if
you do believe that there is a very weak correlation between
measurements and performance this kind of data implies levels of
problems any one can hear, and sure levels of problems that surely would
mask finer details of the recordings.

It could still have a very nice sound creek has always sounded very
nice.
But to be able to distinguish very very small differences with it

I have an heapdhone amp of their making, sounds nice have a sound of
it's own not the last word in resolving power but nice and cosy with
lossy files when I'm traveling.

The review itself i did not care for, the usual wine tasting analog but
without any stringent test methodology making it a nice tale of a man
playing CD's trough his stereo. It simply holds no information at all.

Bedroom/Office: Boom
Kitchen: Receiver (soon to be replaced by my SB3 and the SBR to be
stuffed in a box in the attic )
I use a Controller various ir-remotes and a Eee-PC with squeezeplay to
control this
