Are you sure that the transporter is in fact connected via ethernet (yes, i understand it is plugged in to ethernet, but if it was previously wireless, it won't automatically switch to ethernet without setting this up). I recall a post from Sean a while back that indicated that the WIFI radio in the transporter was automatically turned off when using ethernet. But again, the transporter has to be setup to use ethernet.
