Thanks. My IR IN does not appear to work either. An IR emitter on the front of the unit(RTI RPI RR Processor, RTI T2C remote)works fine, but direct connect with a 3.5 mm cable into the IR In port on the back of the Transporter does not work. I am going to send this unit back.
