Cool. It worked. What I did was stop changes to the oscillator output in the case of Fs = 44.1 kHz encoding until it's solid for 25 frames in a row. Now I can just leave the DAC in auto sense mode and the DAC is filtering out the spurious changes made by the Transporter. Programmable logic.
