Expensive cabling does not mean that it is snake oil and garbage automatically. Margins in this segment are indeed astronomical, but this has nothing to do with sound.. I personally did not buy cables more expensive than 1500$ yet since I think it is inappropriate. Still, I respect these people who do spend on more expensive ones.. I know they do not buy brands, but rather take home for a week and listen, listen, ...
