I'll assume you have followed the instructions Muski posted on these forums to get things working on Mac OS - and found the tweaks required to the plugin files with the recent changes to SBS.
I had a problem similar to what you are experiencing, and the issue came down to permission restrictions on the folders inside the preference pane for SBS.
