A strange things happen on my system in the last days.
1) I had my SBR asking for update to 7.5.3 r9283 ...even it never went
of my local SBS which runs 7.5.1 r30386. I had no other choice to
accept this update to continue to use this device ...very strange
indeed.
Notice SBR, unlike all the rest of my client is hooked through wi-fi to
my network, all the rest is wired.
2) The day after, my TP started to display strange stuff once music was
playing. All characters are stacked up and nothing scroll anymore, but
all this only after screensaver delay elapsed. So during navigation
text is ok.
My Touch seems not affected at all by this strange sickness...
3) To resume normal behavior I have to shutdown SBR, Touch & TP (cut
power) and reboot my Qnap NAS. After that and as long SBR is kept off,
everything work like a charm ...as expected from a stable audio
system.

In summary, I would like to get a work around how to set back my SBR in
his original state and prevent any forced FW update.

Notice I never go on mySqueezeBox.com, all the radio station I accede
are stored in my Favorite on local SBS. So my devices never ask me to
updated except if I update the SBS version in my NAS. This is the
behavior I want to keep as it allows me to stay in remote from the mess
at each new SBS release.
I only updated if forced due to the addition of a new client who
require a more recent SBS version, which was the case for my Touch.

FYI here are my settings:

SBS runs on Qnap TS109 or TS119 ( I have both)
