That's the real audiophile :) 
I remember these discussions few years ago, but since HDTracks began
mass selling of high-rez content online, I think the outcome is
clear..

BTW, there might be difference between FLAC and WAV, just search here
on forum. I personally heard clicks and some certain piece of hardware
when playing high bitrate FLAC..
