I thought the aim was to do the XO server-side? - if not it's easy: You need:
1 SB player 2 DEQ's 2 identical stereo amps pair of 2-way speakers with xo removed 4 speaker cables 1 toslink lead from SB to DEQ 1 (configured as Low pass, connected to bass drivers via amp 1) 1 s/pdif lead from SB to DEQ 2 (configured as high pass, connected to treble drivers via amp 2) No sync issues at all. You can use the internal DEQ dacs, or external dacs -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
