I only use the analogue out, and it works fine with PCMs. If you change the decoding on the fly I'm pretty sure it won't take effect until you stop playing and start again. If you use the Windows 'Task Manager' you should see the 'flac.exe' process running when using PCM, but not when using native flac. -- PasTim Server on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, 2 CPU, 2GHz, 4GB, FLAC files.
