Property different buffer attitudes tried yesterday: 1) Vanilla TT3: Best bass performance between 3400 - 3800; over 4000 bass begins to become louder however sponge-like. Under 3400 the bass is too quiet, inhomogeneous however still precisely enough. Nevertheless the sound is somehow still unsatisfactory in the lower octave.
2) TT3 with Logitech default settings + buffer 20000: as I already described my momentary favorite: bass well articulated and fits itself exactly inside, becomes well homogeneous. If bass cannot insert itself homogeneous to the mid tones, it does not work in music although the sound actually could be very good. Anyway, seems that the buffer has different impact with different priority settings, especially with PRIOIRQ47: --> PRIOIRQ47 = 96 ---> best buffer 3400 --> PRIOIRQ47 = 40 ---> best buffer 20000 By the way, with higher buffer setting, the imbalance (left was little louder with 3400) of higher treble, and the harshness, gone..
