linear ps to SBT, TT3.0 all options enabled, digital coax out to dac and then straight to power amp, SBT default priorities, buffer 20,000. one of the things that makes my system dynamic sounding is the 1000w powerblock (balanced mains transformer) which everything plugs into, without that the sound would be a bit flat. Which is maybe why people find these settings a bit lacking. anything not well produced can sound quite disappointing on these settings for me, and an overly smooth sound would be due to the way it had been produced.
