I read this about the Touch on another forum and would just like to throw is open for comments:
'The biggest issue with the SBT is its very high jitter on the SPDIF outputs due to the internal clocking arrangement, the SPDIF is outputted directly from the freescale processor without re-synchronisation (the SPDIF is not re-latched to the clean audio clock)'.
