Back on Topic: My two favorite things are:
1) "Mr. (insert manufacturer's name) came to my house to help with the proper set up." When was the last the owner of the company came to your house to help you with set up? 2) "I liked the equipment so much that I bought the review model." Okay but would the reviewer buy the equipment if they had to pay the full retail price and set up the equipment without the help of the company owner?
