confirm that you've isolated the issue as discussed above to be strictly related to the PC running LMS path. If it is the PC path for sure, I'd reinstall LMS. I've reinstalled LMS before without losing any settings (there may be a screen that asks whether you want to keep settings, can't recall for sure). Also, do you have another computer (laptop, etc.) that you can install LMS on and add a few albums.
