Mine is setup the same as yours except I'm using analog out (balanced
out) into my preamp and I have smart fade disabled.  Are you connecting
the transporter to the DP32 with AES/EBU rather than S/PDIF or Optical?
I assume so if using that setting for digital output encoding.
