Archimago also knows the exact meaning of Nirvana - freedom :-) I think I have to work through my karma before I attain this state. My system sounds different at different times of the day. Plugging in different power cords into different condtioners or outlets seem to change the sound.. the Touch Toolbox seems to make a difference .. Oh well. It must be all in my head .. but just one more tweak I need to try before I give up (for the nth time) :-) .. USB converter ... clean power.. stable clocks...direct connection to COAX input .. If somebody can spend $30K (on dCS gear) ..I can spend $1K ..ha my temptations :-)
