For Wandboard there is one hardware board everyone seems to be using (Wandboard dual $99 see Wandboard.org) and one software build (communitysqueeze.org). Your best bet would be to borrow one from someone close by, where are you based? Are the moment it's just digital out but when JohnS has done his CSP1 carrier card to get analogue out then that would be really interesting to test
