It just has to have these 3 lines

inside for flac only resampling. You can play with the resampling
options. I think above is close to what John suggested earlier.
You
1. need to restart the server to activate it and
2. you have to make sure you've got flac flac decoding activaded in
advanced server settings / file formats.
