Have you ever considered Nubert speakers? Their new nuPro line is very good. I'vr got a pair of nuPro a200 herr, and they handle everything I throw at them. If you need more you can always get the a300 or even add a subwoofer, though I don't think you'll need it. They come with several input choices for a analogue and digital (coax, optical and usb) so you are pretty flexible. And they have a nice looking finish as well which is not a priority, but does no harm either.
