I was always liked Sherwood receivers better. My Pioneer giant 5 way
bookshelf speakers with 15" woofers never sounded any good with Sansui
amps. Anyway it's a good old Heathkit receiver that sits atop the
shrine, right next to the Nakamichi Dragon cassette recorder and the
Kenwood marble based direct drive turntable. And for those of you in the
NYC area rest assured because the original sales receipts from Crazy
Eddie's have been framed and decorate the wall above the "shrine" along
with several famous covers from "Stereo Review".
