Scientific findings generally go through a format/informal vetting
process in this approximate order:

(1) New Finding is found and discussed informally amongst interested
specialists in that area at social and professional gatherings
(2) Findings are published in peer-reviewed journals
(3) Findings are incorporated in relevant tools, products, machines,
systems, etc.
(4) Findings are written up in popular publications with a scientific
bent
(5) Findings are commonly found in relevant text books
(6) Some time passes - sometimes a decade or more and the finding rises
to the status of a commonly accepted fact.

It is well known that the testimony of unaided eyewitnesses is among the
least reliable evidence that there is.

The above example is exceptionally unlikely from start to finish to the
point where it is probably false and imaginary.

OK, it seems that English is not your first language. If you want to
post in English language forum and be understood perhaps more study of
the language would be required.

There is a big book, actually a large number of them about audio
measurements that apparently you need to study if you want to say
sensible and relevant things. Here's a good starting point:

Dr. Floyd E. Toole Sound Reproduction: Loudspeakers And Rooms
