Is not implementation "everything" ? A chip does not perform in isolation , the whole total design is what makes it perform .
And from what I read the TP designed to to make god use of this chip . And anyone can notice how many other DAC's often brags about what chip they are using as marketing ? Circuit design and PCM board design is real engineering.
