Hi Julf! Not to 0.1 dB, but close enough. It's not a small difference - I'm 62, although my HF hearing appears to be holding up surprisingly well judging from a sweep test. But this is not a HF effect - it's basic clarity in the midrange, as in vocal register. There must be a reason, but I'm buggered if I know what's causing it. It's night & day through cheap speakers... As well as my regular gear, which was the effect I originally reported (to much ridicule!). I appreciate that you are in the Netherlands which is a stretch, but I challenge anyone on the forum who's a bit closer to come & listen for themselves before you dismiss me as an "audiophool", which is not a real word & can therefore only be used in a perjorative context, BTW. I'm just getting fed up with talking about it really - I've got better things to do with the time I have left on this planet. Sorry to be abrupt...
