I don't think the Joggler will work as a controller if not on a network.
You'll need the original Squeezebox IR remote or another IR remote that
supports the Squeezebox codes (e.g. Logitech Harmony).  You'll be doing
things the "old fashioned" way: remote in hand viewing the display on
the front of the Transporter from across the room.  There is a helpful
LMS plugin called "Lazy Search" that I loved for this back in the day.
