My specific brief is to sell the business benefits of Risk Management in a positive way. I dont have any problem at all doing that, except that I am looking for a source for a really good, real world example to use. Its difficult, and much easier to focus on the consequences of failure - Perrier, BONY, Austrian Wine, Barings. Does anybody have any good examples (complete with a reference to the web ?)
