I am looking for audit programs or guidance in two areas. We are planning audits for compliance with laws pertaining to human research subjects. Our university does not have a medical school, but I believe we do use some human subjects for limited research.
Also, we want to make sure that our university is in compliance with applicable portions of the USA Patriot Act.
Has anyone looked at either of these issues?
