Dear all, I am auditing our firm's processes regarding to COBIT DS1 (define and manage service level) and DS2 (manage 3 rd party services). I couldn't decide on some issues regarding these processes. But I'did't take any responce from you. I would appreciate any comments. Thanks in advance. First, does DS1 consist of agreements for which our firm is service provider or both (service provider and service taker)? Second, does DS2 consist of only our firm's relationships with service providers or both (with service providers and service takers)?
