Does anyone have a procedure(s) in place to assess the effectiveness of
internal control each quarter as required by Sarbanes-Oxley section 302? We
have pushed certifications down to directors and officers beyond those
required and I have a questionnaire based on COSO, but am wondering whether
other methods are being used.
