How about this one. The employer rents a vacation home in a resort community. All employees in thecompany are permitted to have a free week's vacation there in a three year period. Employees only pay for linens and phone for the week they are there. Is this a straight employee benefit or should the employee be taxed on an amount equal to the FMV of a week's rent?
