For those interested in internet law in common law jurisdictions, an
interesting decision "Dow Jones & Company Inc v Gutnick [2002] HCA 56
(10 December 2002)" has just been posted on the web at:

http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/cth/high_ct/2002/56.html

The High Court of Australia has ruled that the defamation case relating
to material published on the internet can be heard in the jurisdiction
where the article was downloaded (Victoria, Australia) rather than the
jurisdiction in which it was written and posted on the Internet (USA).
