Hi there

Our company is in the process of moving to a Total Cost to Company for
employee renumeration.
Audit obviously needs to be involved in this process, and i was hoping for
some guidance.

- They have prepared a model, which we can review to ensure that appropriate
costs have been included or excluded;
- We can review legislation to look at basic conditions of employment, tax,
etc.
- we can do sample tests to ensure that the conversion is in line with the
guidance etc.

Are there any other aspects that should be reviewed?
