Suggestion on Posting Requests to the List

The following suggestion came from a subscriber to the list:

 

It might help get a better response if the requesters stated what
business they were in and defined what they are looking for.

 

For instance, the request looking for a pipeline audit program.
I guessed from the Houston address that this concerns pipelines in the oil
and gas industry. But there are other types of "pipelines" in other
industries: patient pipelines (healthcare), training pipelines (human
resources), paperwork pipelines (management), etc.

 

I guess what I am trying to say is that every industry has its own unique
nomenclature and terminology and you shouldn't assume that everyone knows
what you are talking about.
