Anyone with experience in this area?
What I am looking for is a program that covers the entire billing process eg: Customer Account
details, event recording, event processing, bill calculation & formatting,
bill creation and delivery, customer service for billing, payment &
receipting, credit control and financial recording.
Within the above steps there are the usage rates (event recording) etc.
Within each step there a various sources where revenue leakage can occur eg:
usage does not get rated properly, bill calculated incorrectly etc.
