Hi,
If you are using Win 98 then anyone can access your folder if they gain physical
access to the machine. Or else if you share it. So check that the folder is not
shared. And if it is shared then Password Protect it.

If you are using NT or 2000, then you need to change the permissions on that
folder, by Right Clicking | Properties | Security etc. Remove the Everyone |
Full Control setting, and instead only give your username full rights on the
folder.
