To all, I am about to embark on an audit of environmental health inspections concentrating on food and safety for local government. In my audit brief, I have tackled it just like one would do an audit with risk assessments, inspection plans , inspections , reports etc. Does anyone have an audit program in this area? Also does anyone know any sites which may promote Best Practice re: procedures on this type of audit. Any help or guidance is kindly appreciated.
