I would begin by referring you to the IRS Market Segment Specialization Program (MSSP) available from the audit programs page at www.auditnet.org/asapind.htm There are IRS audit guides for some of the industries you listed. While the guides are geared to the U.S. Tax Code you may still find some useful information regarding the nature of the industry.
I would then recommend that you refine your request. Are you looking for guidance on risk analysis in developing an audit plan or are you seeking audit programs (detailed steps and procedures) for each of those industries? If you are looking for the former go to the risk based internal audit page of AuditNet (from the audit library page). If you are looking for the later then I would suggest that you decide what specific areas you are going to audit (accounts receivable, disbursements, IT application systems etc) and look at audit programs for those areas in the audit program inventory. Download programs that meet your needs and modify them to your objectives. You might also consider sharing audit work programs that you have developed so that others may benefit from your experience.
