Junriro, Thank you very much for the help, I have now got it working perfectly. I upgraded to the latest version, and the 'diropq=w' has fixed my problems. I'm still using 'udba=reval', and yes I am using CONFIG_AUFS_COMPAT.

Puppy v2.16alpha will be released soon with the latest script. snapmergepuppy was originally based on 'snapmerge' provided in the Unionfs package but is now totally rewritten.
