Please update your aufs source tree (I updated today), apply this patch and let me know the result. Caution: The inode numbers may change silently if you add/del branches. This problem will be reduced after aufs has another mount option 'reorder' or 'move' which change the branch order. But it will not be solved perfectly. Junjiro Okajima
