The former will be included in next Monday release, but the latter.
Skipping security_inode_permission() can be a security hole, I am
afraid. You may wonder why the patch is born or necessary for
linux-2.6.24. The reason is that the function was defined as 'static
inline', but in 2.6.24 it became 'non-stattic un-inlined external, and
un-exported' function.
