I resolve my problem downloading the version used in Slax via
ftp://ftp.slax.org/source/slax/kernel/2.6.24.3/src-core/aufs.tar.gz
It work on 2.6.22.5 without problem.
But it is always much better to get the aufs from CVS, because the
author is still updating it every week, adding new features and fixes.
