Comparing the differences between linux-2.6.29.4 and 2.6.29.6, also
between patch-2.6.29.4-rt19 and patch-2.6.29.6-rt23, I could not find
the significant changes.
Have you tried aufs2-rt19-29.4.patch in 2.6.29.6-rt23?
I am guessing the path will work for 2.6.29.6-rt23.
