Hello, my circumstances are these:
following the example "4. Usage" on the mainpage: >> $ mkdir /tmp/rw /tmp/aufs # mount -t aufs -o br=/tmp/rw:${HOME} none /tmp/aufs << I get the expected result - very nice by the way. my problem is this: I try to delete this mount, but I get errors - unfortunatelly the man "del:dir" doesn't help me out. I guessed wrong with following commands: >> # mount -o remount, del:${HOME} /tmp/aufs unexpected reloc type in static binary # mount -o del:${HOME} /tmp/aufs unexpected reloc type in static binary # umount /tmp/aufs unexpected reloc type in static binarySegmentation fault unexpected reloc type in static binarySegmentation fault << My plan is to create before and delete multiple branches after an install is occuring, so the install is "simulated" in the rw branches, while all system files are ro. Afterwards the modified files in the rw branch shall be inspected by further tasks. It is currently my thesis I'm working on. Do you think, it is possible to achieve this? Thank you very much, yours sincerely, AR
